Characteristics
Chinchilla bathing sand contains premium grade volcano ash which is know for its smooth texture. The sand is so fine that it is easy to penetrate the skin surface for deep cleaning with your chinchilla and effective to remove grease, oils and dirt. Soften and restore lustrous hair to naturally good condition.
Application
To maintain chinchilla's hair in good condition, put approximately 100g of sand inside a bowl which is around ( L ) 25cm x ( W ) 15cm for each bath. Cleaning time should be between 5 to 10 minutes. Clean regularly at least once a week. However, in humid weather, cleaning twice a week would be recommended. To prevent any germs contamination, please remove all the sand after use.
